Novo Nordisk A/S Stock (NVO) dropped by 2.73% from $100.93 to $98.17 in the trading on Friday November 3, 2023. The reason why NVO stock down today is due to the insider selling. Novo Nordisk divulged in a regulatory document that Camilla Sylvest, its head of commercial strategy and corporate affairs, sold 15,000 shares of the company. The sale price was 694.37 kroner ($98.76), making for a total of just over 10.4 million kroner (about $1.5 million).

Novo Nordisk (NVO) was down 49.4% on Wednesday trading. The company is splitting its shares, which marks a milestone in Novo Nordisk's share price appreciation, as well as making the size of options contracts more manageable to smaller investors.
