The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the Wells Fargo® Hybrid and Preferred Securities Financial Index.
The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in preferred securities of financial institutions that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index is a market capitalization weighted index designed to track the performance of preferred securities and securities that the index provider believes are functionally equivalent to preferred securities, including, but not limited to, depositary preferred securities, perpetual subordinated debt and certain capital securities. It is non-diversified.
