  • Sales Decline: Quanex reported net sales of $295.5 million for the three months ended October 31, 2023, reflecting a 3.9% decrease compared to the same period in 2022. For the full year, net sales amounted to $1.13 billion, a decline of 7.4% from the previous year. These declines were primarily due to weaker market demand and lower pricing in North America.
