About Equitrans Midstream Corporation
Equitrans Midstream Corporation owns, operates, acquires, and develops natural gas gathering, transmission and storage, and water services assets in the Appalachian Basin. It operates through three segments: Gathering, Transmission, and Water. The Gathering segment include 630 miles of high-pressure gathering lines with approximately 2.3 billion cubic feet per day of total firm contracted gathering capacity, and approximately 1,500 miles of Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) regulated low pressure gathering lines. Its Transmission segment comprises 950 miles of FERC regulated interstate pipeline that connects to seven interstate pipelines and local distribution companies. The Water segment include water pipelines, impoundment facilities, pumping stations, take point facilities, and measurement facilities used to collect flowback and produced water for recycling or disposal for EQT and third parties in Washington and Greene Counties, Pennsylvania; and Belmont County, Ohio. Equitrans Midstream Corporation was founded in 2018 and is headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
