Did anyone notice the short borrow fee rate is now at slightly over 86%? This was sitting at slightly over 60% just a day ago. The short borrow fee rate jumped up significantly when the short shares available didn't really changed much.

I don't own this stock anymore I have it on watch list just goes down everyday were is that big news u were all talking about there is none this will go down to 7.50 or 7.25 maybe then I buy

Jeremy, you say everything is happening as you thought. I see the mechanisms as you predicted are indeed taking place. The "short squeeze" was supposed to be the result of these mechanisms at play. So far that is not happening. No matter what happens, if shorts are in the money and keep going further in the money they have no need to cover. From a fundamental perspective EYES SP should be pennies. From a TA perspective the EYES chart is nothing to write home about. So we are left with. The only reason to be hold EYES is the "short squeeze". OK.

buying and holding this stock has been the biggest mistake of my investing career tbh. That said I have learned a ton as I've bled profusely. And added reinforced new rules as a result of it.

A lot of options trading going on for may and beyond. Seems like everything is happening as I thought. EoD will be interesting for sure if not sooner.

These guys want to feed you red meat for their escape. The first big piece of red meat was the promotion of a discontinued product (really never a "product", ARGUS2s). Look at the volume of shares they are trying to dump with respect to the float. This money is going to come form you longs suckered in by these PUMPERS who are using you to escape just like the insiders are doing now. The loans to insiders will be paid out of the proceeds from the stock flip scheme as well. No announcement of renewed investment in ORION or the hiring of subject matter experts. The SEC is slow on the uptake. Mark my words this will not go unnoticed by the SEC. What has been going on borders on fraud. The deception is obvious to those who care to read and evaluate objectively. get out and do not let these insiders get more than pennies a share.

Did anyone here actually read the filing and want to discuss? Fears of dilution are wrong just giving the private investors right to sell (had hoped there would be a lock up but still don't see them dumping at such a low level of return. WHat do you think about the holders of the registered shares? Will they stick around? What is the upward catalyst for a move up?

Trying to say how the $1,018,440,000 market cap is being divided among 124,200,000 shares not 27,910,000 shares that are actually real. There’s 96,290,000 paper shares.

@Jeremy: These significant price drops are due to Algo trading right; I see volume is only : 636,625Also...in case of AMC/GME significant Dark Pool trading is also applied....not sure who is shorting EYES and why ? As from business perspective as well..company wants to develop mind blowing technology.....

Alright I'm done for the day. Bought like 30 shares. Got down to 11.25 average that was a good morning. Now, time for the rebound.

Any thoughts on how this might go? Do the options set to expire have until the close of the regular market hours? Until the end of AF? Or will it just probably consist of spikes and sell offs the whole day?

The small group of investors could keep buying the dip to drive up the prices slowly but realistically is that a liable strategy? Do you guys have more money and power than the hedge funds?

It just doesn't make sense. Why would a company spend so much time and money into R&D, clinical trials and FDA filings then get approved, hire big people and destroy itself? The objective of all businesses is to build a product, help the public and profit. Is there some mafia action going on inside??

You would figure in order to cover the expiring options on April 16, they must report some serious good news to drive the prices up tomorrow. Unless they have another trick up their sleeves!

@Jeremy Now I see why "Short Squeeze" shows market cap at $1+ Billion. Their algorithm must be seeing the effective shares outstanding. This is some eye opening ugly stuff. EYES may be a broken shell of a company but this big time hedge fund manipulation should not be allowed. Then again it also gives the PUMP crowd an opportunity to squeeze and make money. Looks like most of the shorting happened after the run up to $20 or maybe that is in between disclosure dates. There may be little reason for shorts to cover if this is true. Looking to possibly go long tomorrow. I think we are headed to $7.50. If EYES has any hope it rests with this PUMP crowd and a subsequent offering. EYES needs $100's of million to have any chance. EYES has many years in front of them with $00.00 sales so to have any possibility of ORION becoming a marketable product; they need $$$$$$. Array resolution will need to increase by an order of magnitude. 60 PIXELS will not cut it. They will need to hire at least 100 employees; many of which will be very expensive scientists and engineers. EYES is basically a start-up now that owns intellectual capital.
