Invesco Zacks Mid-Cap ETF (CZA)

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the Zacks Mid-Cap Core Index (the "underlying index"). The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities that comprise the underlying index and depositary receipts representing securities that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index was comprised of 100 securities selected, according to the investment and other criteria in the underlying index methodology, from a universe of mid-capitalization securities including common stocks, MLPs, ADRs, REITs and BDCs. The fund is non-diversified.
