Cheesecake Factory Inc has split its stock 5 times since its initial public offering (IPO). The first stock split occurred on March 16, 1994 with the ratio of 3-for-2, meaning that for 2 shares of CAKE owned pre-split, shareholders then owned 3 shares. 4 more splits have been implemented since then. The most recent stock split took place on December 09, 2004 on a 3-for-2 basis.
These splits have increased CAKE stock's liquidity and made it more appealing to a larger group of investors. However, it's important to remember that these actions only change the number of shares and the price per share with no impact on Cheesecake Factory Inc's total market capitalization.

The answer will depend on the decisions of the company's managers and market volatility. Cheesecake Factory Inc has not made an official announcement regarding whether it will enact a stock split or reverse stock split, but it has a history of doing so when CAKE stock prices become too high or too low for retail investors. Therefore, the ultimate decisions will certainly be made by Cheesecake Factory Inc's board of directors. Typically, no action is taken until its price per share reaches a specific threshold.
