Black Titan Corp has split its stock 2 times since its initial public offering (IPO). The first stock split occurred on April 19, 2005 with the ratio of 3-for-2, meaning that for 2 shares of BTTC owned pre-split, shareholders then owned 3 shares. The most recent stock split took place on February 03, 2025 on a 1-for-140 basis.
These actions have increased BTTC stock's liquidity and made it more appealing to a larger group of investors. However, it's important to remember that a stock split only change the number of shares and the price per share with no impact on Black Titan Corp's total market capitalization.

The answer will depend on the decisions of the company's managers and market volatility. Black Titan Corp has not made an official announcement regarding whether it will enact a stock split or reverse stock split, but it has a history of doing so when BTTC stock prices become too high or too low for retail investors. Therefore, the ultimate decisions will certainly be made by Black Titan Corp's board of directors. Typically, no action is taken until its price per share reaches a specific threshold.
