The investment seeks to track the performance, before fees and expenses, of the Vident Core International Equity Indexâ„¢. The advisor attempts to invest all, or substantially all, of its assets in the common stocks that make up the underlying index. The underlying index is a rules-based, systematic strategy index comprised of equity securities of issuers in developed and emerging markets outside of the United States.
