Soulpower Acquisition Corp has split its stock 3 times since its initial public offering (IPO). The first stock split occurred on August 12, 2013 with the ratio of 1-for-3, meaning that for 3 shares of SOUL owned pre-split, shareholders then owned 1 share. 2 more splits have been implemented since then. The most recent stock split took place on June 16, 2016 on a 1-for-150 basis.
These splits have increased SOUL stock's liquidity and made it more appealing to a larger group of investors. However, it's important to remember that these actions only change the number of shares and the price per share with no impact on Soulpower Acquisition Corp's total market capitalization.
