Boxlight Corp has split its stock 4 times since its initial public offering (IPO). The first stock split occurred on June 15, 2023 with the ratio of 1-for-8, meaning that for 8 shares of BOXL owned pre-split, shareholders then owned 1 share. 3 more splits have been implemented since then. The most recent stock split took place on June 22, 2026 on a 1-for-6 basis.
These splits have increased BOXL stock's liquidity and made it more appealing to a larger group of investors. However, it's important to remember that these actions only change the number of shares and the price per share with no impact on Boxlight Corp's total market capitalization.

The answer will depend on the decisions of the company's managers and market volatility. Boxlight Corp has not made an official announcement regarding whether it will enact a stock split or reverse stock split, but it has a history of doing so when BOXL stock prices become too high or too low for retail investors. Therefore, the ultimate decisions will certainly be made by Boxlight Corp's board of directors. Typically, no action is taken until its price per share reaches a specific threshold.
