Arthur J Gallagher Co has split its stock 3 times since its initial public offering (IPO). The first stock split occurred on July 16, 1986 with the ratio of 2-for-1, meaning that for 1 share of AJG owned pre-split, shareholders then owned 2 shares. 2 more splits have been implemented since then.
