StockScan provides market information and tools for individual investors, including:

• Stock, ETF, option, forex, commodity and cryptocurrency data, charts and news
• Stock screeners, top lists, earnings calendars and industry views
• Company financials, price forecasts, insider and institutional holder information
• Watchlists, portfolios, calculators and a virtual Stock Market Simulator

We may add, change, suspend or stop any part of the Services at any time. You may stop using the Services at any time.

No Financial Advice

All information on StockScan is for general information only. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any security or asset. Please consult a professional financial advisor before making investment decisions.

Trading stocks, options and cryptocurrencies involves considerable financial risk. StockScan does not endorse your trading, does not intend to influence you to trade or change your strategy, and is not liable for trading decisions based on information from StockScan.

Market Data and Forecasts

Prices, financial data, forecasts, signals and other content may come from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Forecasts are estimates and do not guarantee future results. Please verify important information with an official source before relying on it.

Your Account

Some features require an account, which you can create with an email address, Google or Apple. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter into these terms where you live.

StockScan Elite

• StockScan Elite is a paid subscription. The price and included features are shown before you subscribe.
• Payments are processed by PayPal. Your subscription renews and is charged each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel from your account at any time. Your Elite access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• Refund requests are considered case by case and granted at the sole discretion of StockScan.
• A membership can only be used on one account and cannot be transferred to another account.

Stock Market Simulator

The Stock Market Simulator uses virtual money so that you can practice in a risk-free environment. All results are virtual and do not reflect any real profit or loss. Results in the simulator do not predict results in real trading.

Acceptable Use

You must use the Services only as permitted by law. You must not:

• Scrape or collect data from the Services in bulk using bots or other automated means without our written permission
• Disrupt, overload or try to gain unauthorized access to the Services or their systems
• Bypass paid features, limits or other technical restrictions, or share your account to do so
• Copy or reverse engineer the Services, except where the law allows it
• Use the Services for fraud, market manipulation or any other unlawful activity

Intellectual Property

Using the Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Services or the content you access. The StockScan name and logo belong to StockScan.

You may link to any content on StockScan. You may reprint, republish or distribute content from StockScan if you keep our logo or a link to StockScan. StockScan is not responsible for how you use that content. This permission does not cover bulk data collection or third-party data and content.

Third-Party Services and Advertising

The Services include advertising and links to, or content from, third parties such as X, Reddit, Seeking Alpha and StockTwits. These services operate independently under their own terms, and StockScan is not responsible for them or for what their users post. Your use of the Services is also subject to the cookie and advertising practices described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

StockScan provides all Services "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, StockScan makes no promise about the content, the specific functions of the Services, or their accuracy, reliability or availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StockScan will not be responsible for lost profits, revenues or data, or for financial or trading losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

Suspension and Account Deletion

StockScan may suspend or stop providing the Services to you if you do not comply with these terms or our policies. You can ask us to delete your account and related data by email at [email protected]. We will do so as soon as reasonably practicable and within 30 days. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will change the date at the top of this page when we do. By continuing to use the Services after an update, you accept the updated terms.
