Enersys (ENS) fell by 11.51% due to Q2 results missing estimates. Q1 fiscal 2024 adjusted earnings were $1.89 per share, surpassing the expected $1.80, driven by reduced costs. Revenues were $908.6 million, below the anticipated $953 million. The top line grew 1.1% YoY with a 9% price/mix increase, while organic sales decreased by 8%. In the Energy Systems segment, revenues reached $424.6 million, up 3.9% YoY, but were slightly below expectations due to higher pricing and lower volumes in Europe and Asia.
