Shares of ACM Research, Inc (ACMR) dropped by 21.92% from $17.56 to $13.71 in the trading on Friday, October 27, 2023. The reason why ACMR stock down is due to the company's disappointing preliminary revenue numbers. In an update prior to its third-quarter earnings report, ACM Research stated that it expected revenue in the range of $165 million to $168 million, missing analyst consensus expectations of $173.7 million. Despite falling short of expectations, the company still reported solid growth, with revenue up 24.5% compared to the same quarter a year ago.
